My name is Nashra, I am 10 years old and in Primary Four. I live with my mother and stepfather. In our home, there are many needs, and as a
child from a separated family,school fees were never guaranteed for me. I still remember the embarrassment of standing outside the classroom
because I had been sent home again for fees. Even though I worked hard in my studies, it felt like my effort didn’t matter if I couldn’t stay in
school. Edu Child Foundation has changed that for me. Now I can learn without the constant fear of being sent away. It has given me confidence
and hope for a brighter future.
